Soil:

Grown in morainic hills with a soil of calcareous and clayey origin.

Winemaking:

Fermentation at 18C° in stainless steel tank for 2 weeks with skin contacts.

Refinement:

4 months in steel tank.

Tasting Notes:

Brilliant ruby red colour.
The bouquet is vinous, pleasantly intense, with scents of red grape fruit.
In mouth is harmonious, soft, full and full bodied, with green pepper notes.
