This product comes from the desire to harmoniously combine wine and the hectic world of spirits. Inspired by the Italian Vermouth recipes of the early twentieth century, I let myself be led on this journey by our most important grape variety, the Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG.
After maturing it in small barrels for two years, I flavored it with my herbs and spices, trying to combine popular wisdom with modern taste.
Thus it was born the Vermouth di Torino Superiore Nonis Februariis, with an intense aroma of Tansy and Artemisia, Clary Sage and Thyme Citron, Orange and Cinnamon.
