Winemaking:

The best bunches, provide a must exceptionally rich in aromatic substances, as well as mineral salts, tannins and considerable presences of vitamins. After fermentation the wine remains in contact with the skins for a long time, uploading to tannins and olfactory substances,

Refinement:

Bottled after a minimum refinement of one year in large wooden barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Aromatic persistence is engaging, totalizing, beyond any possible description written or told. The delicacy of the bouquet, of the olfactory sensation and the final aftertaste are interpenetrated and reinforce in a very delicate alternating interweaving of colors, perfumes, tastes, emotions and indictable individual sensations.
