Various vineyards planted between 1997 and 2002

Soil:

Ferrous soils on calcareous marls.

Winemaking:

Fermentation at 18C° in stainless steel tank for 2weeks with skin contacts, then aged it's aged 6 months half new and hald old barrels. Then it stays othe 6 months in steel tanks before bottling

Refinement:

5 months in wood barrels of 50 hectoliters.

Tasting Notes:

Brilliant ruby red colour.
The bouquet is vinous, pleasantly intense, with scents of red grape fruit.
In mouth is harmonious, soft, full and full bodied, with green pepper notes.
