Winemaking:
Fermentation at 18C° in stainless steel tank for 2weeks with skin contacts, 25% is aged 8 months in old barrel
Refinement:
10 months in large barrel.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red color.
Bouquet is intense with notes of ripe red fruit and spice.
The taste is full, velvety, soft and structured.
