Winemaking:

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The maceration on the skins lasts about 10 days. At the end of the maceration the skins are separated and the fermentation is completed. All the process is done in steel tanks.

Refinement:

The wine is aged for one year in 20 Hl Slavonian oak barrels

Tasting Notes:

Red garnet color.
Nose of red fruits, fresh, fine and delicate perfumes.
Persistent and harmonious in mouth.
